Toronto is one of the busiest production cities in North America, and the transport requirements of a film or television production look nothing like a corporate booking. Call times start before dawn, locations change at short notice, talent arrive and leave on schedules that are set by the shooting day rather than the clock, and discretion is not optional.
We work on productions, press days and festivals across the city, most often on long hourly blocks with dedicated chauffeurs assigned for the duration.
How Production Bookings Are Structured
Almost all of this work is hourly rather than per-trip, with blocks of ten to fourteen hours and the same chauffeur assigned across consecutive days wherever possible.

Talent, Crew and Equipment Move Differently
Talent generally travel in an Executive or Luxury Sedan or a Premium SUV, with privacy glass and a chauffeur briefed not to engage. Crew move in Sprinter vans. Equipment is not our work and needs a proper grip or cube truck, but production materials, wardrobe, cases and personal kit all travel comfortably in a Sprinter alongside the crew.
TIFF and Festival Season
September is the busiest month of the year for us in the Entertainment District. During the Toronto International Film Festival the streets around TIFF Bell Lightbox, Roy Thomson Hall and the Princess of Wales Theatre are subject to rolling closures, and the hotels on Wellington, Mercer and Blue Jays Way are watched closely. We plan festival movements around published closures, stage vehicles away from venue entrances and use side or service entrances where privacy matters.
Location Work Across the GTA
Productions shoot well beyond the core: Hamilton, Oshawa, Uxbridge, Caledon, Niagara and Muskoka all appear regularly on Toronto call sheets. Long-distance location runs are handled through our city to city car service, with the chauffeur remaining on location for the day rather than returning empty.

Can you provide the same chauffeur for a two week shoot?
Yes, wherever scheduling allows, and it is what most productions ask for. Continuity matters when the chauffeur already knows the locations, the call times and the passengers.
Do you handle four in the morning call times?
Routinely. Our dispatch operates 24 hours, and early call times are billed at the standard rate for the vehicle class with no unsociable-hours surcharge.
Will your chauffeurs sign an NDA?

Can you carry equipment as well as crew?
Personal kit, wardrobe, cases and production materials travel with the crew in a Sprinter. Heavy grip and camera packages need a dedicated truck, which is outside our fleet.
