Welcome to Onroutz.com! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and transportation services provided by Onroutz.com. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

  1. Service Description:

    • Onroutz.com provides an online platform that connects users with transportation services, including black car and SUV rides, for personal and business travel needs.
    • Our services may vary depending on your location and the availability of vehicles and drivers in your area.
  2. User Eligibility:

    • To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
    • You may not use our services if you have been suspended or banned from using Onroutz.com or if your account has been terminated.
  3. Booking and Payment:

    • To book a ride, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your pickup location, destination, and payment details.
    • By booking a ride, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total fare, including any applicable taxes, fees, and gratuities.
    • Payment is processed electronically through our secure payment gateway. You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your use of our services.
  4. Cancellation and Refunds:

    • You may cancel a ride without penalty within a certain timeframe specified in our cancellation policy. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
    • Refunds may be issued in accordance with our refund policy, which is available on our website or upon request.

  7. Limitation of Liability:

    • Onroutz.com and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services.
    • In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the services provided.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions establish a legal and binding agreement between you and our company, Onroutz.

Onroutz is at your service 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, to provide you with unparalleled transportation service. We are committed to doing everything possible to satisfy you. Please read the following policies carefully before proceeding with your reservation.

All reservations will be pre-authorized with a credit card prior to confirmation, and will be charged 1 day before the reservation or at the time of reservation, subject to the cancellation conditions specified below. Quotations are estimates only. Additional charges for stops, waiting time, parking, etc., may apply. Final charges for the trip will be determined at the end. Certain restrictions may apply.

**CANCELLATION POLICY**

Any cancellation made less than 12 hours before the pickup time will be charged the total amount of the contract and will be treated as a no show. Any cancellation between 24 to 48 hrs will be charged at 50% of the total booking amount. For most types of services, cancellation without charge is possible with 72 hours' notice or more. Please note that stricter cancellation policies apply to events such as graduations and weddings, as indicated below.

In the event of flight cancellation by the airline, no fees will be charged.

In the case of flight delay, we will follow the flight number provided and will be present at the scheduled landing time. However, any diverted flight will be fully charged.

**AIRPORT ARRIVAL**

All transportation from an airport includes a meet and greet on request by your driver, who will be waiting at pre-arranged area with a sign bearing your name or will text you where to meet. We monitor all incoming flights to ensure our presence in case of delays.

Each airport transfer includes 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time after landing for Domestic and 60 min for International . Additional charges of USD $125 will apply for each additional hour of waiting time.

**PRIVATE AIRCRAFT ARRIVAL (FBO):** 

For arrivals by private aircraft, we have access to most tarmacs, allowing us to welcome you directly beside your private aircraft.

Please note that if we are unable to track the aircraft in real-time using flight tracking systems, we will arrive at the initially scheduled time.

For arrivals by private aircraft, we offer a complimentary 30-minute waiting period starting from the aircraft's landing. Beyond this period, a fee of USD $125.00 + taxes per hour will be charged for any additional waiting time.

**SPECIAL POLICY FOR GRADUATIONS AND WEDDINGS**

A reservation for a graduation or wedding requires a non-refundable deposit of 50%, charged upon receipt of the reservation. Any reservation changes must be approved, and restrictions may apply.

**NO-SHOW POLICY**

In the event of a no-show, the total amount of the trip will be charged. For airport pickups, a no-show will be determined if the client fails to contact the dispatch office or locate the driver within one hour of the scheduled arrival time. For all other transportation, we allow a 15-minute grace period.

**TIPPING**

Each reservation includes a 15% gratuity added to all trips for your convenience. If you prefer to give a cash tip on the top please do so. Please note that quotes are only estimates.

**UNFORESEEN WAIT TIME**

Each trip includes 15 minutes of waiting time at no extra charge, except for trips from an airport, where 30 minutes are included at no additional cost. Beyond this period, waiting time charges will apply at the hourly rate of $125.00 USD + taxes.

**ALCOHOL**

The consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in our vehicles. We disclaim any liability for violations of this policy.

**TOBACCO/DRUGS**

Smoking or vaping is also prohibited in our vehicles. A minimum cleaning fee of $1000.00 USD will be automatically added for any violation of this policy, leading to immediate termination of the contract for non-compliance.

**PETS**

All pets must be approved at the time of booking. A cleaning fee of $150.00 + taxes will be automatically added for thorough vehicle cleaning. Any damage caused by a pet will be the responsibility of the owner.

**VEHICLE DAMAGE AND CLEANING**

The client is responsible for any damage to the vehicle. Repair costs will be charged to the client. Examples of damages include bodily fluids, burnt carpets, torn seats, but are not limited to these.

**LOST/DAMAGED ITEMS**

Onroutz and its affiliates are not responsible for lost or damaged items, but we will do our best to return them.

**UPGRADES**

We reserve the right to upgrade your vehicle at no additional cost based on availability and itinerary.

**TOLLS/PARKING**

Parking and toll fees will be added to the invoice at the end of the trip, unless otherwise specified on the reservation.

**CHILD CAR SEATS**

We provide child car seats, but their installation is the responsibility of the client.

**ADDITIONAL STOPS**

Any unexpected stops must be approved by our telephone service. Additional charges may apply.

**GENERAL**

Vehicles cannot be overloaded. The driver may terminate the trip without refund in case of blatant indiscretion by the client. The company is not responsible for mechanical breakdowns. Lost time may be refunded or applied to a future trip.

**QUOTES**

Quotes are provided for estimation purposes only. The final price will be confirmed at the time of booking.

**AFFILIATION POLICY**

We may use affiliate companies to provide ground transportation services at the request of our clients.

**PRIVACY POLICY**

Your information will remain confidential. By submitting your credit card information, you agree to the terms of this reservation.
