YYZ Terminal 3 Arrivals | Toronto Pearson Chauffeur Meet and Greet

Chauffeur meet and greet at Toronto Pearson Terminal 3: arrivals layout, where drivers wait, curbside versus inside meets, wait time policy and transfers.
Terminal 3 at Toronto Pearson serves WestJet, most oneworld and SkyTeam carriers, and a large share of transborder and leisure traffic. It is smaller and more compact than Terminal 1, which makes meeting a chauffeur simpler, but the arrivals curb is narrower and enforcement is strict, so timing has to be right.
Here is how our Terminal 3 pickups work, from the moment your aircraft lands to the moment your luggage is in the vehicle.

Where Chauffeurs Wait at Terminal 3
Terminal 3 arrivals empties into a single main hall, which is a genuine advantage over Terminal 1. Our chauffeurs wait just beyond the customs exit doors with a name board, in clear sight of anyone walking out. For curbside pickups the vehicle waits in the designated commercial area and comes forward when you call.
- Inside meet: chauffeur at the arrivals exit with a name board, included at no charge.
- Curbside: you call or text on exiting and the vehicle pulls forward within a minute or two.
- Priority pickup: for tight schedules we position the vehicle before you land so there is no wait at all.
Why We Ask for Your Flight Number
A flight number tells us the aircraft type, the origin, whether you are pre-cleared, and the live landing time. An airline name and a time do not. With the flight number we know whether you will exit into the domestic or international hall, and we know 20 minutes before you land whether to send the chauffeur early or hold them. It is the single most useful field on the booking form.

Transborder and Pre-Cleared Arrivals
Passengers arriving from the United States who cleared customs on departure exit through a different door than international arrivals, and often much faster because there is no immigration queue. On a transborder flight, expect to be outside within 15 to 20 minutes of the doors opening. We plan for that so the chauffeur is in place rather than still parking.
Getting From Terminal 3 to the City and the GTA
Terminal 3 sits on the south side of the airport with quick access to Highway 427 and Airport Road. Downtown is typically 30 to 45 minutes, Mississauga 15 to 25, Brampton 20 to 30, Markham 35 to 55, and Niagara Falls around 90 minutes.
- Downtown Toronto hotels via Highway 427 and the Gardiner Expressway
- Mississauga and Oakville via Highway 403 and the QEW
- Vaughan, Markham and Richmond Hill via Highway 409, 400 and 407
- Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake via the QEW, on our city to city service
If Your Plans Change After Landing
Passengers regularly land and decide to make a stop before the hotel, or go straight to a meeting. Tell your chauffeur when you get in. On a point-to-point transfer we can add a stop for a modest charge, or convert the booking to hourly hire on the spot if you need the vehicle longer.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Terminal 3 pickup cheaper than Terminal 1?
No, the fare is the same. Pricing is based on your destination and vehicle class, not the terminal.
Can my chauffeur meet me at baggage claim?
Chauffeurs wait immediately outside the customs and baggage exit, the closest point non-passengers may reach. They take your bags from there.
What if I arrive at Terminal 3 but my booking said Terminal 1?
Call dispatch or your chauffeur. The terminals are a few minutes apart by road and we reposition without fuss. This is another reason we ask for the flight number.
Do you charge for airport parking?
No. Parking, tolls, meet and greet and wait time are all included in the quoted fare.
