Blue Mountain and Collingwood sit about 150 kilometres north-west of Toronto Pearson on Georgian Bay, and they are the main winter destination for anyone flying into Toronto to ski. The usual route is Highway 427 north to Highway 400, then Highway 26 through Barrie and Stayner into Collingwood.
