The mountain run
A large share of what we do at Calgary is not a city transfer. It is a passenger arriving on a private aircraft and going straight west into the Rockies. The Trans-Canada is a good road, but it is a mountain road in winter, and conditions at Canmore can be entirely different from conditions at the airport an hour earlier.

For ten days each July, Calgary’s road network, hotel inventory and vehicle availability all behave differently.
