Ground transportation partnerships for FBOs across the US and Canada. Tail-number dispatch, 30 to 45 minute response, consolidated monthly billing and vetted chauffeurs.

For FBO general managers, line service leads and customer service representatives. This page is about how Onroutz works as a ground transportation partner — not a passenger booking page.

When an aircraft is twenty minutes out and the passenger wants a car on the ramp, the last thing a CSR needs is to start phoning around. The Onroutz FBO program exists so that a single message books a vetted chauffeur, against a tail number, with billing that lands on one monthly invoice instead of thirty receipts.

What we handle

  • Passenger transfers from the ramp or the FBO lounge to hotels, offices, residences and onward airports.
  • Flight crew movements — layover hotels, crew swaps, early-morning repositioning.
  • Multi-vehicle arrivals where a full aircraft needs three or four cars arriving together.
  • Onward city-to-city journeys when weather or a slot puts your passenger on the road instead of in the air.
  • Standby and hold for passengers whose departure time is still moving.

How dispatch actually works

We dispatch against the aircraft, not against a street address. Give us the tail number and we track the arrival ourselves, which means the car repositions when the ETA moves without anyone having to call us back.

The three ways to reach us

  • Direct dispatch line. Account partners get a number that reaches a live dispatcher rather than a general queue.
  • Email or messaging. Tail number, field, passenger count and requested time is enough to open a job.
  • Standing arrangements. For recurring movements we hold the booking and confirm each week rather than rebuilding it each time.

Your CSR receives the chauffeur name, vehicle and mobile number once assigned, so a passenger asking “where is my car” gets an answer from your desk without a call to us.

Response times, stated honestly

For an unscheduled request, expect a vehicle on station in 30 to 45 minutes, varying with time of day and traffic. That is a realistic commitment in the metros we serve, and it is the number we would rather be judged against than a figure we cannot hold at 5pm on a Friday.

Pre-booked movements are a different matter entirely. Anything given to us in advance is on station before the aircraft is on the ground, and we would always encourage a scheduled arrival to be passed over as early as the trip sheet allows.

Billing and account management

  • One consolidated monthly invoice per FBO account rather than per-journey card payments.
  • Named account contact who knows your field and your regular passengers.
  • Passenger-direct billing available where the FBO would rather not carry the charge.
  • Full journey records retained against tail number for reconciliation and passenger queries.

Licensing, insurance and chauffeur vetting

Every vehicle operates under commercial passenger licensing appropriate to its jurisdiction, with commercial insurance. Chauffeurs are background-checked and trained for private aviation work specifically — ramp etiquette, discretion, and the understanding that a private aviation passenger has not queued for anything today and is not about to start.

Standards are published through LimousineAssociation.International, of which Onroutz is a member.

Coverage

We operate across the United States and Canada, with the deepest coverage at the fields where private aviation concentrates — the New York area including Teterboro, Westchester and Morristown; Los Angeles including Van Nuys and Burbank; Chicago including Chicago Executive; South Florida including Opa-locka, Fort Lauderdale Executive and Boca Raton; Dallas including Addison; Atlanta including DeKalb-Peachtree; Denver including Centennial; Seattle including Boeing Field; Scottsdale, Aspen and Naples.

In Canada we cover Toronto Pearson and Billy Bishop, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary and Ottawa. A full list of served airports is on the North America coverage page.

If your field is not listed, ask anyway. Adding a new field is a matter of assigning chauffeurs to it, not building an operation from scratch.

Set up an FBO account

Tell us your field, your typical volume and how you prefer to dispatch. We will come back with a coverage plan, an account contact and a direct dispatch line.

For passengers booking directly

If you have arrived here as a traveller rather than an operator, you can reserve a car below, or from the Onroutz app for iPhone and Android.

Onroutz.com is a member of LimousineWorldwide.Directory and LimousineAssociation.International, the global directory and trade association for licensed chauffeur and black car operators.

Frequently asked questions

Do you charge FBOs for the referral?

No. The FBO does not pay us to be on your list. Charges are for journeys, billed either to your account or direct to the passenger, whichever you prefer.

How quickly can you get a car to the ramp?

For an unscheduled request, typically 30 to 45 minutes depending on time of day and traffic. Pre-booked arrivals are on station before the aircraft lands.

Can you dispatch against a tail number?

Yes. We track the aircraft and reposition the vehicle automatically when the ETA changes, so your desk does not have to update us.

Do you handle crew as well as passengers?

Yes. Crew movements, layover hotel transfers and early repositioning are a regular part of the work and can sit on the same account.

What happens if a passenger diverts to another field?

Tell us as soon as you know and we redirect. Where the diversion is to a field we cover, the car meets them there instead.

Can several aircraft arrivals be covered at once?

Yes. Multi-vehicle arrivals are arranged so the cars stage together rather than trickling in, which matters when a full aircraft disembarks at once.

Is there a minimum volume to open an account?

No. Some partners send us several movements a week and some send one a month. Both are worth having.
