Toronto Pearson (YYZ) pickup, terminal by terminal

Pearson operates two passenger terminals and they behave very differently. Terminal 1 serves Air Canada, Star Alliance partners and a large share of international arrivals. Terminal 3 serves Air Transat, WestJet, Sunwing and a mix of international carriers. They are connected by the free LINK train, but you should never plan to change terminals on foot with luggage.

Arrivals

For most arrivals your chauffeur will meet you inside on the arrivals level with a name board, then walk you to the vehicle. This is the option worth choosing if you are arriving from a long-haul flight, travelling with family, or landing somewhere you do not know well. Departures

For departures we build in buffer against Toronto traffic rather than against the drive time alone. The 401, 427 and Gardiner corridors are the constraint, not the distance. As a general rule we recommend arriving three hours before an international departure and two before a domestic one, and we will propose a pickup time that reflects your terminal, your airline and the time of day.
